Doctor-Led Intimate Health & Sexual Wellness Clinic

Géniale Intimate provides confidential, consultation-led care for women and men seeking support with intimate health, pelvic health, urinary concerns, menopause-related changes, genital skin concerns and selected treatment pathways.

Telehealth is often the first step, so concerns can be discussed privately before any in-person assessment or treatment planning.

About Géniale Intimate

Géniale Intimate provides private, doctor-led consultations for women’s and men’s intimate health concerns.

Consultations are assessment-led and may include discussion of symptoms, medical history, suitability, risks, alternatives and next steps.

Not every concern requires a procedure. Where appropriate, the clinic may recommend monitoring, conservative care, GP review, specialist referral or an in-person assessment before any treatment pathway is discussed.

Private doctor-led intimate health consultations

Géniale Intimate provides discreet, assessment-led consultations for women’s and men’s intimate health concerns. The first step is to understand your symptoms, medical history, goals and risk factors before discussing whether monitoring, referral, conservative care or a treatment pathway may be appropriate.

Information on this page is general only and does not replace medical advice. Not every concern needs a procedure, and not every treatment pathway is suitable for every person.

A discreet first step for intimate health concerns

Intimate health symptoms can overlap. Dryness, irritation, urinary leakage, pelvic heaviness, tissue changes and function-related concerns may have different contributing factors. A private consultation helps clarify what may be contributing to the concern and whether further assessment, referral or a treatment discussion is appropriate.

Concerns that may be discussed

  • Pelvic health symptoms, urinary leakage, urgency or post-birth changes.
  • Menopause-related dryness, sensitivity, irritation or tissue change.
  • Genital skin concerns, including skin tags, texture change or symptoms that may require diagnosis or referral.
  • Selected men’s intimate health concerns where private assessment and suitability discussion may be appropriate.
  • Appearance, tissue-health or laxity concerns where expectations, risks and alternatives need careful discussion.

Assessment comes before any treatment recommendation

Your symptoms, goals, medical history and risk factors are reviewed before any treatment pathway is discussed. Where appropriate, Dr Mike or the clinic team may recommend GP review, gynaecology, dermatology, urology, pelvic health physiotherapy, monitoring or conservative care instead of a procedure.

Some symptoms need GP, urgent care or specialist review before any intimate health treatment is considered. This can include severe pain, new or unexplained bleeding, signs of infection, rapidly changing skin lesions, significant prolapse symptoms or concerns that require investigation.

Consultation-led treatment pathways

Pathway names are provided for orientation only. They do not mean a treatment is suitable, available or recommended without consultation. Your plan may involve monitoring, referral, conservative care, pelvic health support, minor procedural care or no treatment.

Risks, alternatives and formal quotes

Any treatment pathway may involve risks, downtime, discomfort, bruising, swelling, infection, altered sensation, recurrence, no meaningful change or an outcome that does not meet expectations. The specific risks and alternatives are discussed during consultation before any decision is made.

If a treatment pathway may be suitable after assessment, the clinic provides a formal quote before you decide whether to proceed. Online information should not be treated as a quote, promise or recommendation.

Locations and telehealth-first care

Initial consultations can begin by telehealth so sensitive concerns can be discussed privately. In-person availability depends on the concern, clinician, treatment pathway and suitability assessment. Sydney and Melbourne clinic pathways may be discussed where clinically appropriate after the first step.

Common questions

Can I book if I am unsure what my concern is?

Yes. Many people are unsure how to describe intimate health symptoms. The consultation is designed to clarify the concern and guide whether medical assessment, referral or a treatment pathway may be appropriate.

Is telehealth enough?

Telehealth can be a private first step, but it may not be enough for diagnosis or treatment planning. If examination, pathology, imaging or in-person review is needed, the clinic will explain the next step.

What happens if treatment is not suitable?

If a treatment pathway is not suitable, the clinic may recommend monitoring, conservative care, pelvic health support, GP review or referral to another clinician rather than a procedure.
