DOCTOR-LED INTIMATE HEALTH CLINIC
About Géniale Intimate
Private, assessment-led care for women’s and men’s intimate health concerns, with clear practitioner roles, referral boundaries and clinic pathways.
About the clinic
A doctor-led starting point for sensitive health concerns
Géniale Intimate provides confidential consultations for women and men seeking information about intimate health, sexual health, menopause-related changes, urinary and pelvic symptoms, genital skin concerns and selected procedural options.
Care begins with understanding symptoms, medical history, risk factors, expectations and whether examination, investigation, conservative care or referral is more appropriate than a procedure.

What doctor-led means
Assessment before treatment
A clinician reviews the concern and discusses suitability, limitations, risks, alternatives and next steps. Not every concern requires or is suitable for a procedure.
Where appropriate, GP review, pathology, gynaecology, urology, dermatology, pelvic-health physiotherapy, psychology or sex-therapy referral may be recommended.
Scope and boundaries
What the clinic can—and cannot—provide
Private consultations
Discussion of selected women’s and men’s intimate-health concerns and the most appropriate next step.
Selected procedures
Procedural options are discussed only after suitability, alternatives, risks and location availability are considered.
Referral when needed
The clinic is not a substitute for emergency care, a GP or specialist diagnosis where those services are required.
Clinical team
Practitioner roles are service-specific
Dr Mike provides selected intimate-health consultations and procedures. Dr Nina Reza Pour provides specialist obstetric and gynaecological care. Dr Robert George provides selected specialist surgical and procedural consultations. Not every practitioner is involved in every service, and the appropriate clinician is confirmed at booking.

Service, examination and procedure availability varies by location and practitioner. Telehealth may be an introductory first step but does not replace an in-person examination when one is required.
Relationship with Géniale
One clinic group, clearly separated pathways
Géniale Intimate is the intimate-health division of Géniale. Facial aesthetics, thread lift, skin, snoring, skin cancer, hair restoration and broader cosmetic-surgery information should be accessed through the main Géniale website, rather than through the intimate-health navigation.
A private first step
Discuss the most appropriate next step
Patients may begin with an in-person appointment with a doctor, a phone discussion with the doctor’s team, or a telehealth consultation with a doctor. The most appropriate pathway depends on the concern and whether an examination, investigation or specialist review is required.
General information only. Individual assessment is required before treatment is recommended. Service availability varies by practitioner, location and clinical suitability. For urgent symptoms or a medical emergency, contact your GP, urgent care service or call 000.
